BCBA/BCaBA Supervision
Supervision is incredibly important to me as it is a way to actively make the changes our field so desperately needs. I provide supervision with an emphasis on the evidence-based decision-making model and social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Supervision is not only a way for you to learn but also for me. I have learned so much from my mentors and supervisees over the years, and I can't wait to work with you!
Requirements

Enrolled in an ABA masters or certification program and meets all BACB experience standards.

Working or placed in an ABA setting or with a client that could benefit from ABA.

Consent from the client to be recorded and observed remotely or in person by me.

Consent from the employer or on-site supervisor.

Complete 20-130 experience hours per month (BACB requires supervision equal at least 5% of your experience hours each month).

Access to a computer with internet access, webcam, microphone, and video recording device.
Consulting Supervision

I am currently offering consultation supervision for BCBAs wanting to provide supervision within their first year of certification.
